Fried rice with vegetables
Stir-fried rice with crunchy vegetables is a tasty and balanced dish, ideal for a quick and healthy meal. Inspired by Asian cuisine, it combines the tenderness of rice with the freshness of seasonal vegetables, all enhanced by delicate aromas.

Preparation:
• Cook the rice according to the instructions on the package, then let it cool.
• Wash and cut the vegetables: cut the carrot into thin julienne strips, the pepper into strips, separate the broccoli into small florets and slice the onion.
• Finely chop the garlic and grate the ginger.
• In a large skillet or wok, heat the sesame oil over medium heat.
